On an apprenticeship programme, apprentices will learn and develop a range of knowledge, skills and behaviours. These include:
• Understand the impact your service provision has on the wider organisation and the value it adds
• Understand how to analyse, use and present a range of information to provide customer insight
• Understand how to find and use industry best practice to enhance own knowledge
• Find solutions that meet your organisations needs as well as the customer requirements

End Point Assessment:
Apprentices without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve prior to taking the end-point assessment. The apprentice must complete all elements of the on programme learning to achieve the assessment gateway requirements. The EPA consists of 3 assessment methods:
• Practical Observation with Q&A’s
• Project Interview
• Professional Discussion
