On an apprenticeship programme, apprentices will learn and develop a range of knowledge, skills and behaviours. These include:
• Understand different leadership styles and the benefits of coaching to support people and improve performance
• Know how to be self-aware and understand unconscious bias and inclusivity
• Understand how organisational strategy is developed.
• Building trust with and across the team, using effective negotiation and influencing skills, and managing any conflicts

End Point Assessment:
Apprentices without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this prior to taking the end-point assessment. The apprentice must complete all elements of the on programme learning to achieve the assessment gateway requirements. The EPA consists of 2 assessment methods:
• Professional discussion around portfolio of evidence
• Presentation with Q&A
